Hello, I’m Emily
I’m a Naturopath with over 15 years experience in Naturopathic Medicine and founder of Indigo Wellbeing.
The beauty of the naturopathic medicine approach is the holistic person-centered care. I look to identify the causes rather than just treat the symptoms of your health concerns.
Almost any health condition can benefit from the naturopathic approach to health care. In clinic I see a lot of complex cases and I love a puzzle, everything is interconnected in naturopathic medicine.
I have a particular interest in Paediatrics and Naturopathic approaches to skin conditions, including eczema, Topical Steroid Withdrawal, Acne and autoimmune conditions. I have a deep-rooted empathy for empowering clients to get to the root cause of their health issues.

The timeline for experiencing results can vary depending on various factors, including the nature and severity of your condition, your overall health, and how closely you follow the recommended treatment plan. Some individuals may experience improvements in a short period, while others may require more time for significant changes to occur.
